李伯清，四川成都人，生于1947年4月。
重庆市第二届政协委员 四川省佛教协会副秘书长 国家二级演员 重庆市群众艺术馆曲艺干部 重庆市戏剧家协会会员 重庆市民间文艺家协会会员
1980年开始从事曲艺工作，主讲长篇评书。
1994年自创散打评书， “李伯清评书现象”被评为94年四川十大新闻之一。
1996年拜原四川省博物馆馆长何世珍先生为师，学习书法，绘画艺术。
1998年在巴蜀笑星擂台赛中被评为“巴蜀十大笑星”。
李伯清从事艺术行业20余载，先后录制发行个人专辑盒带21集，在多部电视连续剧、贺岁影片中担任重要角色。
2007年10月29日，李伯清在四川彭州三昧禅林落发出家，法号“广慈”。
李伯清对于成都的意义，相当于周星驰之于香港。周星驰的喜剧电影风靡了两岸三地；而成都作为西南重镇，也出了一个红遍西部的李伯清。因此，素有“香港周星驰，四川李伯清”之说。

Mr. Li Bo-qing, born in April 1947 Chengdu Sichuan, is National 2nd Grade Actor, member of Chongqing Drama Association, member of Chongqing Folk Artists Association, professional actor in Chongqing Folk Art Theater, member of the 2nd Chongqing Committee of CPPCC and vice secretary-general of Sichuan Buddhism Association.
The significance of Mr. Li Bo-qing to Sichuan is just like Stephen Chow to HongKong. Stephen Chow’s comedy movies are fashionable among all the Chinese while Mr. Li Bo-qing’s humorous free storytelling is popular in southwestern China.
